Worth The Journey

This ruin is really off the beaten path, but is well worth the journey. Moon House Ruin is nested under the slick rock near the bottom of McLoyd Canyon. West of Blanding, Utah, and just south of the Kane Gulch Ranger Station, it is an adventure just navigating to the trailhead. Once you travel nearly ten miles of light off-roading and boulder 1.5 miles into the glorious canyon, the pure size and beauty of these ruins and the surrounding geography will sweep you away.
